Occupational Therapist

Anne Martens is an occupational therapist with experience in preventive and educational women’s health program development at Cleveland Clinic and UPMC, along with doctoral work in maternal health programming.

Her biopsychosocial approach considers how physical symptoms, mental health, daily routines, relationships, environment, and life roles interact across pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

Program Design & Business

With more than 20 years of experience as an educator, speaker, teacher trainer, and entrepreneur, Anne has developed health and wellness programs, professional curricula, and instructor education. Through Bella Bellies®, she created Bella Bellies®, Momilates®, and Stroller Moves® and authored accompanying teacher-training materials.
